JUNHE® TDSP0500 Six-Basket Planetary Coating Machine Installation and Commissioning in Brazil

From China to Brazil, this project represents far more than the delivery of coating equipment. Junhe Technology recently dispatched its engineering team to a customer site in Brazil to provide professional on-site installation, commissioning and technical support, helping the customer successfully put the new coating system into production.

The Brazil project includes the JUNHE® TDSP0500 Six-Basket Planetary Coating Machine, Curing Furnace and Secondary Rotation Unit. After the equipment arrived at the customer's factory, Junhe engineers carried out on-site installation checks, system integration, commissioning and process parameter optimization based on the customer's actual production requirements.

During the installation and commissioning process, the Junhe engineering team conducted comprehensive inspections and adjustments of the JUNHE® TDSP0500 Six-Basket Planetary Coating Machine and its supporting equipment. Mechanical systems, electrical controls, operating programs, equipment synchronization and production parameters were carefully tested and optimized to ensure stable operation of the Planetary Coating Machine, Curing Furnace and Secondary Rotation Unit.

Following the initial commissioning, Junhe engineers carried out trial production using the customer's actual workpieces and coating process. The team continuously monitored equipment performance and optimized key operating parameters, allowing the complete coating system to reach a stable production condition before full-scale operation.

After commissioning was completed, Junhe engineers provided comprehensive operator training for the customer's production team. The training covered machine operation, production parameter settings, routine inspection, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Hands-on guidance was also provided to help the customer's operators become familiar with the complete coating equipment system.

For industrial coating equipment exported overseas, shipment is only one part of a successful project. Professional installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales technical support are equally important to achieving reliable production.
